I got myself a Bell helmet, but I messed up the size (totally my bad). I sent it back along with the return forms, but you were shut down for the week. Luckily, you shot me an email letting me know you’d be back open on Wednesday, and after that, the new helmet was shipped out right away. Appreciate the updates! Oh, and by the way, that helmet was the best price I found online.

I had reached out to them earlier regarding a product that wasn’t available on their website. They got back to me saying it would be restocked soon, and then I got another email letting me know the item was in before it was even announced. You really can’t top that kind of service! This is the way businesses ought to function. Plus, the shipping was super fast and totally free!!!
